The Cast Iron Espresso embodies the consistency and finesse that Betty brings to every roast. This profile is heavier, sweeter and bigger than ever before. The extended caramelisation of the natural sugars present in the coffee creates a punchy espresso, devised to be paired with milk. It’s reliably consistent, shot after shot.
This is a Single Origin Espresso, in that the component beans all derive from one Guatemalan Estate. This makes the Cast Iron Espresso even more dependable. The flavour profile of this coffee revolves around big chocolate and caramel sweetness, with a subtle fruit flavour.
